The China (Yuhuan) International Machine Tool Exhibition 2025 (Yuhuan Expo) was successfully held at the Yuhuan Convention and Exhibition Center, Zhejiang Province, under the theme “Intelligent Manufacturing for Shared Precision.” Now in its 22nd year, the Yuhuan Expo has become one of the most influential industrial exhibitions in East China and across the nation.

This year’s event brought together more than 860 exhibitors across a 50,000-square-meter area, attracting over 54,000 professional visitors and buyers from across China. During the four-day exhibition, a wide range of new products, technologies, and smart manufacturing solutions were showcased. The event highlighted the industry's progress in intelligence and digitalization while providing an important platform for communication, collaboration, and technological exchange.

Specifically developed for gantry robots in the machine tool industry, the DT550 enables highspeed, high-precision material handling. With a DC bus shared power design, it integrates five servo drives and one controller into a compact system. The handheld pendant supports servo parameter tuning, one-click import/export, and auto-adaptive configuration, making commissioning fast and simple.

Available in two models (TE400-06Q5 / TE400-03Q0), this system features an 8-inch touchscreen pendant, 36 input and 21 output channels, and supports up to 9 EtherCAT servo axes. It’s designed for flexible machine tool automation — capable of multi-arm and warehouse control combinations.

The TE500 system combines a teaching pendant, controller, and optional I/O expansion modules, providing a scalable and high-performance motion control solution. It supports up to eight robotic arms operating simultaneously, multi-axis interpolation, and EtherCAT I/O expansion for diverse production lines.

In addition to the featured systems, Lavichip also showcased its full range of industrial control products, including multi-platform teaching pendants, multi-axis motion controllers, integrated drive-control units, and servo drives. The exhibition highlighted Lavichip’s comprehensive technical strength and leadership in motion control technology.

Visitors from overseas regions, showed strong interest in Lavichip’s products.
