Combining machine vision and motion control, Lavichip’s integrated solution connects industrial cameras directly to the teaching pendant, enabling real-time image display and feedback to the control system. Featuring sub-100 ms processing latency and 0.1-pixel (sub-pixel) precision, it supports up to 32 servo axes, achieving advanced defect detection, contour recognition, and visual measurement functions.

Lavichip provides a complete motion control ecosystem — from teaching pendants and controllers to integrated drive-control units, servo drives, and IIoT connectivity.
