From November 11–13, Lavichip made a strong debut at the 2025 Mexico Industrial Transformation (ITM) Expo. Over 250 exhibitors from more than 20 countries gathered at the Centro de Congresos in León, attracting more than 20,000 professional visitors over three days. The exhibition floor was vibrant, crowded, and filled with the momentum of Latin America’s fast-growing industrial market.

About ITM 2025
Founded in 2019, ITM is one of Mexico's largest industrial exhibitions and a leading Industry 4.0 event in Latin America.
The show focuses on industrial automation, robotics, and digital factory technologies, serving key sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and electronics. Today, ITM has become a major bridge connecting global technology suppliers with the Mexican and North American markets, accelerating digital transformation and smart manufacturing across the region.

Lavichip’s Strong Presence at ITM 2025
As a national high-tech enterprise specializing in motion control systems and core components for industrial robots, Lavichip showcased its comprehensive"multi-category, full-stack solution"portfolio. The exhibit featured:
· Teach pendants across multiple operating platforms
· Integrated drive-and-control systems
· Programmable logic controllers
· Servo motors and servo drives
A full lineup of motion-control products tailored for diverse industries

Product Highlights
① Teach Pendant

The HT0806 robotic teach pendant runs on Linux and is developed on the Qt platform. It features an 8-inch touchscreen, strong graphics performance, rich expansion interfaces, and high customization potential. Its ergonomic handheld design ensures comfortable operation for manual control, path teaching, program editing, and robot operation. With robust hardware protection and an optimized development environment, it supports articulate robots, collaborative robots, and multi-axis automation equipment.
② Five-Axis Integrated Drive-and-Control System

Lavichip’s five-axis integrated control system adopts a DC bus architecture, combining five servo drives and a controller into a highly compact unit.
The handheld terminal enables one-click parameter import/export and supports both online/offline inertia identification and auto-tuning, greatly simplifying commissioning.
The system delivers:
· 50 μs current-loop control cycle
· 100 μs speed/position-loop cycle
· High-precision, high-response motion control
With a maximum single-axis power of 1500W, it supports both injection-molding take-out robots and CNC loading/unloading gantry systems.
③ Programmable Logic Controller

This modular controller supports EtherCAT, Modbus, CANopen and multiple industrial communication protocols.
It offers synchronized control of up to 16 axes in 2 ms and integrates advanced functions such as multi-axis interpolation, electronic camming, and electronic gearing.
It also supports remote rack expansion and seamless interfacing with third-party automation devices.
Widely adopted in transportation, energy, building materials, and other sectors, it provides reliable control for a broad range of industrial automation and loading/unloading applications.

Through its advanced product portfolio and industry-specific solutions, Lavichip demonstrated strong capabilities in robotic control, injection-molding automation, gantry systems, CNC loading/unloading, and stamping automation.
Throughout the exhibition, our team engaged in deep technical discussions with North American visitors, establishing a solid foundation for future cooperation.
