On April 21–22, CHINAPLAS 2026 and FAIR Plus 2026 Robotics Industry Linkage Expo were grandly held in Shanghai and Shenzhen respectively. From April 21 to 24, CHINAPLAS 2026 was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Under the theme "Smart Plastics Across the Chain, One-Stop Solutions”, Lavichip showcased three major solution areas:

Designed specifically for the injection molding industry, this high-speed control system supports top-entry and side-entry take-out robots. ② Intelligent Mold Monitoring Solution
This self-developed integrated vision-control system monitors mold status in real time during processing. In case of abnormalities, the system responds instantly with intelligent intervention, preventing mold damage, production downtime, and costly asset losses—while ensuring production safety.
③ Vision-Guided Flexible Loading & Unloading Solution
Based on EtherCAT bus architecture, the system integrates injection molding robots with industrial vision cameras via Ethernet connectivity. It enables continuous, high-speed, and precise material sorting, significantly improving efficiency.
The feeding system supports flexible programming based on different processes and mold requirements, allowing quick switching and strong versatility. It effectively addresses challenges such as low efficiency in insert molding, low yield rates, and high labor costs, making it ideal for flexible production lines.
At the exhibition, Lavichip’s three themed solution areas attracted a large number of professional visitors.
