Product Introduction：

The TE400 loading and unloading robot control system is available in two models: TE400-0605 and TE400-0300. It comes with an 8-inch HMI and controller have 36 inputs and 21 outputs. The system supports up to 9 EtherCAT servo axes, making it ideal for machine tool loading/unloading and peripheral control. It also enables flexible configurations such as multi-arm plus material storage control to meet diverse automation needs.

-EtherCAT Comunication: communication rate can up to 100 Mbps.

-TE400-0605: Designed for single-to-one and single-to-two standard machine control scenarios, as well as applications with special requirements for motors and power. Supports up to 6 axes.

-TE400-0300: Supports three-to-four machine configurations and project applications of general functional complexity. Supports up to 9 axes. The system can be expanded to a maximum of 3 robotic arms and 4 machine tools working in coordination. lt is compatible with both single-Y-axis and dual-Y-axis arms, flexibly meeting the differentiated control needs of machine tool production lines.
