DE11 series products are specifically designed for the robotics industry and include two models: DE11-4 and DE11-6. 

DE11-4 is a 4-axis controller tailored for SCARA robots, with a maximum power rating of 1 kW, offering high integration, a compact design, and simultaneous control response. 

DE11-6 is a 6-axis controller designed for industrial robots, featuring high simultaneous control capability, fast response performance, a compact footprint, and ease of installation.

Both models support EtherCAT communication and RS485/RS422 serial debugging interfaces and are compatible with dedicated debugging software.


Product Feature:

-High Integration Design: It saves wiring by integrating motion control, servo control and power module in one item, which is equipped with EtherCAT, kilomega network, serial port, CAN, usb, industrial and IO all together. With its small size, it meets the request of compact design of robot industry.

-High Performance Motion Control: Support 4/6 Axis simultaneous control, the precision of linear/circular interpolation can be ±0.01mm. EtherCAT control cycle lower to 1ms. It integrated multi-axis group interpolation, electronic CAM and electronic gear, which meets complex tracking design.

-Advanced Servo Function: Build-in vibration suppression, auto gain adjustment, load inertia identification, it upgrades dynamic reponse stability and reduce debugging time.

-Application: The item is optimized its design for industrial robot, which supports high frequency precisel position. lt has module design, which is available for different applications. lt is suitable for common heavy duty robot application (10kg load for example).

-Easy Combination: Working it together with Lavichip teach pendant, it can acheive parameter modification, digital osciloscope, operation status monitor, and one-key operation. lt can have easy debugging without external PC laptop.
